Crisis Resources

Support is available when you need it! These resources are available if you are experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis outside of scheduled appointments. You deserve care, safety, and support, and you do not have to navigate difficult moments alone. Providers through Integrative Wellness Counseling LLC do not provide emergency or on-call crisis services outside of scheduled appointments.

Disclaimer: Some emergency, urgent, and crisis services may involve contact with law enforcement or emergency responders depending on the situation, location, level of risk, and local protocols.

Emergency Mental Health Care

Emergency departments are best equipped to provide immediate safety support, crisis evaluation, and access to medical or psychiatric care when needed.
  • If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 9-1-1. When you call 911, explain that you are experiencing a life threatening mental health emergency and dispatchers will most often send first responders that are trained in helping individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
  • Visit your nearest Emergency Departments (ER) for crisis counseling, psychiatric assessment, and possible admission for inpatient services.

Urgent Mental Health Care

When you need immediate or same-day support, but you are not in life-threatening danger.
County Specific Support Numbers
Crisis teams are available by phone 24/7 to provide immediate support. Clients are encouraged to reach out if they or someone else is experiencing suicidal thoughts, psychosis, uncontrollable behavior, or threats of harm to themselves or others. In very specific instances of a clear concern of an in-progress or imminent suicide, crisis resources may need to contact an emergency service.
